SAFETY WARNING & PRECAUTIONS

READ CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND ALL ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE OPERATING. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE SAFETY RULES AND OTHER BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES

WARNING: Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in serious injury.
CAUTION: Do not allow person to operate or assemble this Kit until they have read these Instructions and have developed a thorough understanding of how the Kit works.

WARNING: The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions or situations that could occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors that cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.

IMPROPER USE
Any use of the Twelve Ga. Customs parts for purposes other than that intended is deemed improper. Twelve Ga Customs shall not be liable for damage to persons or property resulting from improper use.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
If required, wear personal protective equipment. The personal protective equipment consists of
• safety footwear • protective gloves
• hearing protection • safety glasses • hard hat
The personal protective equipment must be suitable for the pressurised medium.

FOR AIR RIDE / FLIP & LIFT BUMPER KIT

WARNING! NEVER work or operate this Air Ride Kit / Bumper Kit while under the truck.
WARNING! Always follow basic safety precautions when using this product to reduce risk of injury.
1. Study, understand, and follow all instructions before operating this device.
2. No alterations shall be made to this product.
3. Only equipment and/or valves supplied by the manufacturer shall be used.

4. Use wheel chocks or other blocking device on opposing wheels before using jack stands.
5. Do not use Flip/Lift Bumper Kit and Air Ride Kit for any use other than the manufacturer specified usage.
6. Do not use if damaged in any way.
7. Be sure all tools and personnel are clear before lowering a bumper.
8. Failure to heed these markings may result in severe personal injury and/or property damage.

INTENDED USE

Flip/Lift Bumper Kit is designed to facilitate truck access on uneven and/or unpaved roadways.

MODIFICATIONS

Do not make any modifications to the steel components and valve that might impair its safety.

INSPECTION

Inspect the Flip/Lift Bumper and Air Ride before each use.
Do not use if components are bent, broken or cracked.
Regularly instruct the operating personnel in the safe and proper use of the parts, with reference to the installation and operating manual. Carry out regular inspections to ensure that all instructions are adhered to.

LIABILITY & WARRANTY

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the extent allowed by local law, except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall TWELVE GA CUSTOMS or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

WARRANTY

We warranty listed parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified on your invoice. It begins from the date purchased. This warranty does not apply to parts unless the installation instructions are followed in their entirety. Air Ride Kit and Flip/Lift Bumper Kit Installation should be performed by a licensed mechanic.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and / or reinstallation of the part. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for time, or other parts not purchased from us, or any labour. This warranty covers fixing or replacing the part only. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the part.
This warranty does not apply, and will be voided, if the part sold has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, modification, or alteration, or if it has been repaired or replaced by anyone other than us.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by the use of parts of different manufacturers.
Your warranty will be null and void if the part fails due to improper installation. If the part sold should prove defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, return the part to us, along with your sales invoice. (Shipping/freight charge will not be covered by us.) Your dated invoice will establish your eligibility for the warranty. We will, at our option, replace or repair the part free of charge.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.
Wear and tear parts are identified as:
Scratches/Surface damages/Hardware and seals/Stripped threads/bolts / Hinges /Bearings/Corrosion
